What the AI extracts
From any public recipe page, Clemi extracts:
- The full ingredient list with quantities and units
- Preparation steps in order, without the surrounding blog post
- Servings, prep time, and cook time when the page lists them
- Recipes from blogs without standard recipe formatting; the AI reads the page like a human would
Where it has limits
- Pages behind a paywall or a login can't be read. Clemi only imports from publicly accessible pages.
- A page without an actual recipe on it won't produce one.
- A small number of sites block automated access; if an import fails, that is the usual reason.

Which websites does Clemi support?
There is no fixed list. Clemi's AI reads the page content itself, so any public recipe page or cooking blog can be imported, big site or tiny personal blog.
Does it copy the whole article?
No. Clemi extracts only the recipe: ingredients, steps, servings, and timing. Ads, intros, and comment sections are left out.
Does it work with recipes in other languages?
Yes. Clemi works in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese, and saves imported recipes in your language.
Can Clemi convert the measurements?
Yes. Quantities can be shown in the units you actually use, metric or imperial, so a cup-based recipe still makes sense in a gram-based kitchen.
