The AI reads it

What the AI extracts
From a photo of a recipe page, Clemi extracts:
- Ingredients with quantities and units, kept exactly as printed
- Preparation steps in order, even from dense paragraph-style recipes
- Servings and timing when the page includes them
- Handwritten recipes, including the card your grandmother wrote decades ago
Where it has limits
- Camera quality matters. A sharp, well-lit photo gives a much better result than a blurry one.
- Very ornate or faded handwriting may need a few corrections after scanning. Every field is editable.
- The scanner digitizes recipe text; it doesn't reproduce the book's photos or page design.

Any tips for a better scan?
Lay the page flat, use good light, and fill the frame with the recipe. Sharp photos of clean pages import almost perfectly.
