Share the Reel to Clemi
Tap the share icon under the Reel and choose Clemi, or copy the link and paste it into the app.
The AI reads everything
Clemi analyzes the video, the caption, and the audio together, so it catches the recipe wherever the creator put it.
Get a recipe you can cook from
Ingredients with quantities, numbered steps, and servings, saved to your library instead of your pile of saved posts.
What the AI extracts
Instagram creators put recipes in different places. Clemi reads them all:
- Full ingredient lists written in the caption, with quantities and units
- Steps shown or spoken in the video, in the right order
- Servings and timing details when the creator mentions them
- Recipes that are only spoken in the Reel, with no written caption at all
Where it has limits
- Reels from private accounts can't be imported. Clemi only reads public posts.
- A Reel that is pure plating or ambience, with no instructions in the caption or the audio, won't produce a usable recipe.
- When quantities are never stated, the AI estimates them sensibly. Every field stays editable.
Frequently asked questions
How do I send a Reel to Clemi?
Tap the paper-plane share icon under the Reel, then choose Clemi in the share sheet. You can also copy the link and paste it into the app.
Does it work with video posts, or only Reels?
Both. Clemi imports Reels and regular video posts. If the recipe is written in the caption, the AI uses that too.
Does it work if the recipe is only in the caption?
Yes. Clemi reads the caption, the video, and the audio together, so it finds the recipe whether it is written down or talked through.
Do I need to follow the creator for the import to work?
No. Any public Reel or video post can be imported, whether or not you follow the account. Private accounts are the only ones out of reach.
